**This is a tentative plan and is subject to change. All dates will be finalized 4 weeks prior to the activity. As an Ideator and Activator, with a strong streak of Adaptability, I tend to follow spontaneous ideas and the twists and turns of my creative imagination. I'm also VERY comfortable with last minute changes.

I don't expect you to be, though, which is why I really wanted to get something firm down --- while still acknowledging that things MIGHT flex a bit.

If I led more with Strategic, Achiever or Consistency themes, having an annual plan set in stone would have likely come more naturally to me.
