Exciting news!

I’ve made the decision to become a YouMap® Master trainer. I’m honored to have been invited to begin training in January, 2023 and will be fully accredited by late Spring/early Summer.

What is YouMap?

YouMap® is an actionable, holistic, intuitive collection of assessments that reveal 4 pillars of career fit: strengths, values, preferred skills, and personality based interests.

It’s simple, down to earth, practical, and deeply useful.

What I love most about it is the many ways it can be APPLIED - career pathing, relationship building, business development, coaching style, job searching, team building, and more.

It helps clients and employees not only better understand themselves but also translate that potential to other people - managers, clients, partners, and teammates.

As a creative ideator and activator, I love exploring all of the many ways that YouMap® can be applied and am excited to help other coaches and people leaders add it to their toolkit.

Following my accreditation I'll be qualified to certify coaches and people leaders in how to administer, interpret, and apply the results of the YouMap® assessment. My first certification cohort will likely begin in May, 2023.

My own journey with YouMap®

I have been YouMap® certified since 2019 and have administered over 100 individual assessments, helping my clients take meaningful action in their lives and careers based on their unique strengths and work preferences.

Becoming certified in YouMap® completely changed the course of my practice. It was a clear, relatable, actionable tool that revitalized how I coached, especially at a time when I had lost a sense of direction and clarity in my work.

Once certified in 2019, I used YouMap® with women navigating career transitions, and in early 2020 I began leading other coaches through their unique YouMap® profiles. This evolved into a 2+ year journey, mentoring other coaches in a magical coaching community called Misfit to Maverick and helping them integrate their own strengths, values, skills and interests into their work.

What’s next

I begin my training in January, 23, and YouMap® certification cohorts will launch later in the year.
