Join a Maverick Accelerator small group mentorship and mastermind circle, where many minds come together to share wisdom and support to help you get into action. 

As part of an Accelerator group you’ll receive:

  • advice and encouragement

  • generous feedback and support

  • focus and clarity

  • a team of fellow Mavericks and direct mentorship with Allegra to cheer you on!!

 

For as long as I’ve been working with coaches I’ve always sensed the power in having a small group of us together in one space. You are all so skilled, intelligent, and gifted in such unique ways.

My goal with the Accelerator is to create the container, guidelines, and culture within which multiple coaches can bring their gifts together to create one powerful, exponential collective in support of your individual, values-aligned goals.

Part Mastermind, part mentoring, lots of creative jam session energy in support of every coach in the room.

 
 

Who it’s for:

The Maverick Accelerator is for enthusiastic and curious Mavericks craving more support, accountability, and commitment to moving your work forward in focused, one month sprints.

Most importantly, you must be willing to take action and contribute generously. Accelerators thrive when the members are comfortable asking questions, welcoming feedback, offering creative ideas, and challenging the status quo.

The Accelerator is built around values of curiosity, creativity, and learning through doing. I ask that you be all-in if you choose to accept a spot and be fairly confident you can make all of the meetings (barring emergency, illness, and other unexpected life stuff, of course!)

 
 

The Nuts and Bolts:

  • The Accelerator runs in monthly blocks and includes 4 small group sessions each month (days and times below)

  • Each meeting will last up to two hours, depending on group size

  • You can sign up for as many or as few months as you’d like.

  • Groups are capped at six Mavericks - first come, first served.

  • Each group will have a dedicated M2M Group. Prior to the first meeting you’ll be asked to share your intentions for the month with the group so we can dive right in together in session 1.

  • We’ll also have a Voxer line established for between session conversation and sharing - team walkie talkies!

  • Investment: $750/month

Monthly Days/Times:

January: 4 x Thursdays, noon-2 EST (starting January 6)

February: 4 x Tuesdays, 10-noon EST (excluding Feb 22, final meeting March 1)

March: 4 x Thursdays, 1-3PM (starting March 10th)

April: 4 x Wednesdays, 12-2PM EST (Excluding April 13th, final meeting May 4th)

May: 4 x Tuesdays, 10-12PM (Starting May 10th)
