My YouMap® trainings will be geared towards coaches (leadership, executive, relationship, business, career, life, etc) and other people leaders who are interested in adding a client-focused assessment to their toolkit.

The September cohort will be hosted on Google Classroom. We’ll use Zoom for our live calls.

Yes! YouMap® can be used by anyone who wants to help their clients and teams use and express their unique gifts. Branding, copywriting, and creative specialists, managers, business consultants, team and people leaders, and HR professionals would all be served by using YouMap®.

No. Your YouMap® is included as part of your certification. You are going to learn about each pillar by working through your own results.

On a big picture level, assessments like DISC or MBTI are personality tests ONLY.
YouMap® is personality PLUS strengths, values and skills.
In addition, the personality test used with YouMap® (Holland) is extensively used and referenced in research journals. For more specific comparisons check out this post.

Nope. The applications of YouMap® are endless and you can design all kinds of offers around it - workshops, 1:1 partnerships, as part of other programming, and more.
Besides training coaches in YouMap® I love talking about creative ways to apply it in your work. This will be a part of your training!

Not exactly. This program will train you in how to ADMINISTER the YouMap® assessment and DEBRIEF your clients on their results.
How you COACH your clients using these results will be entirely up to you and based on your own experience and skillset.

As part of your cohort there will be an active message board within our Google classroom.
You'll be able to share insights and questions between each class and also message with other members of your cohort.
Allegra will be there daily to answer questions as they come up!

You will become a part of the wider YouMap® Coaches community and invited to the monthly 3M meetings led by Kristin Sherry and monthly networking groups.
Ongoing tech support will be provided by the YouMap® team.

Nope. Once you're in, you're in. There are no annual fees or recertification requirements.
YouMap® coaches get wholesale pricing for every YouMap profile they generate. -
You are expected to attend the live classes and participate fully.
Classes will be recorded but not posted publicly - they will be shared with individual students upon request for review.If you have to miss a session because of illness, emergency, or a pre-scheduled conflict, this is not a dealbreaker. Please just let me know in advance.

No. While having an offer you’re excited about and confident in is a foundational requirement for successful marketing and sales, this is not a course about how to get clients.
Those who are using YouMap most quickly post certification are those who have prior experience selling their coaching and/or have an established audience and client base to reach out to with their new offer.
While this is not a requirement to get certified, it is a variable to be aware of. -
